Vision 2020

A game concept to communicate the
company values envisioned for the year 2020.


Communicate the company values for the year 2020 to the employees of all 5 offices in Czech republic through a 1 year long game.

Learning objectives

Provide with a context in which the new values can be experienced and reflected upon collaboratively.


The game consisted of mini games that reflected the given values and promoted collaboration across the company and healthy lifestyle. Each mini game was created in a form of a challenge that had to be solved within one month. Player progression was displayed on a map accompanied by a leaderboard. In order to involve new employees, it was possible to join the game at any point during the year.
